About the Conference
Seema Jagran Manch, Delhi, is honoured to host a prestigious Two-Day International Conference focusing on one of the most critical and complex challenges of our times: “Cross-Border Infiltration: Impact on Socio-Economic, Cultural and Political Milieu.” This timely and significant academic event is being organized in collaboration with Motilal Nehru College (Evening), University of Delhi, and the Centre for Independence and Partition Studies, bringing together scholars, practitioners, policy-makers, and international experts for a multi-disciplinary, multi-sectoral dialogue.
In the context of South Asia, cross-border infiltration remains an ongoing concern that impacts national security, border economies, cultural identities, and political stability. The infiltration—whether driven by conflict, economic disparity, or political agendas—affects local communities and national development alike, necessitating a nuanced understanding and holistic policy response.
This conference aims to promote rigorous academic discourse while generating policy recommendations that are practical, balanced, and inclusive—combining the perspectives of security strategists, legal experts, academicians, social scientists, and civil society leaders.
